Next Board Meeting schedule is on Friday, March 15, at the Shoney's Restaurant in St. Albans (same location as our first meeting).
Hopefully you will all be able to attend. The room will be re-arranged to allow ample room to "eat and meet."
The first board of directors meeting will be Friday, February 15 at the Cabell County Career Technology Center at 11:00 am. These meetings are open to all members so, even if you are not a board member, feel free to attend if you are available. Along with the conference committee report, we discuss topics such as membership, student activities, financial issues, regional conference planning, etc.
The second conference planning meeting will be Friday, March 15 at the Family Enrichment Center in Charleston, at 11:00 am. We're off to a great start, so please plan to be there if possible. If you have not had a chance in the past to take an active role in the planning of our conference, try to attend this meeting and see if there is something you would like to get involved in.

Hello everyone, Well the results are in and the consensus is that our first planning meeting for the 2002 conference will be on January 11, 2002 in the Charleston area. (I promise I didn't even vote!) I did schedule the Shoney's Restaurant in St. Albans, from 12:00 - 3:00 pm. They have a room separate from the main dining area that will be a great place for us to meet. It is on Rt. 60 near the KMart. If you need directions, call or email me. I hope you or a representative from your organization can be present so we can be assured the 2002 conference continues to grow and be a success.
